Dick (right), now blind, stands in front of a tent in the Sudanese desert. The character with him is probably his friend, George. Touring to Theatre Royal, Rochdale, 14th September 1903. Direct from the New Theatre - where the play was transferred from the Lyric, 20th April 1903. Date: circa 1903
